Modular instruction designed around your needs
The workshop format is modular so that the content can be presented in a variety of ways to meet the individual needs of a particular audience or event. Some modules include content that can be presented independent of the Alpha-E accelerator device to allow rotations of activities for maximum engagement.
User Training
Alpha Ring provides comprehensive training to the user
on how to operate the instrument and how to ensure that all safety protocols are in place, ensure that the user understands emergency procedures, and can respond appropriately in case of an issue.
Training is delivered on-site during system installation and can be supplemented with remote sessions. Alpha Ring staff are available to support instructors in developing their own training and assessment materials.
Fusion Demonstrations
Reinforce the concepts from classroom instruction by demonstrating the generation and measurement of energetic particles.
The Alpha-E system can be easily set up in any room that has sufficient table space and ventilation, and therefore provides a unique platform for classroom demonstrations in a variety of subjects.
